Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. The following terms and conditions govern your participation in the Foresight She.com 2023 Giveaway (the "Competition") organized by Foresight Digital (the "Organizer"). By entering the Competition, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Competition is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

2.2 The Competition is only eligible for the following business types:

  • Female founded and on Shopify and Klaviyo platforms.
  • Owned product (not solely retailing or drop shipping).
  • Free Month of Management: Eligible for businesses with sales of over $30k per month.
  • Free Month of Academy: Eligible for any business who meets the first two criteria (and open to businesses with sales of less than $30k per month).

3. Entry Period

3.1. The Competition will commence on Tuesday, September 5th and will conclude on Thursday, September 7th at 8:00PM AEST (the "Entry Period").

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter the Competition, participants must complete the mandatory fields of the entry form accessible via the Foresight Digital stand at She.com 2023.

4.2. Each participant is limited to one entry per person during the Entry Period.

5. Prize

5.1. The prizes for this Competition are as follows:

  • x2 prizes of one month free management of paid digital, email or SEO valued at up to $3,600 each.
  • x10 prizes of one month free marketing academy access, valued at $199 each.
  • x20 prizes of free access to a marketing template bundle, valued at $99 each.

The total value of the prize pool is $11,170.

5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

6. Winner Selection

6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The draw will take place on Tuesday, September 12th.

6.2. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw.

6.3. If the winner does not respond within 3 days of notification or is found to not meet the eligibility criteria, a new winner may be selected at the Organizer's discretion.

7. Prize Claim

7.1. To claim the prize, the winner must provide their full name, contact details, and any other information required by the Organizer for prize delivery or collection.

7.2. The prize will be delivered virtually per the designated delivery medium and communicated schedule. Prizes will be consumed within 90 days of award.

8. Privacy

8.1. All personal information collected during the Competition will be used in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Policy.

9. General Conditions

9.1. The Organizer's decisions regarding the Competition are final and binding.

9.2. The Competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and it is void where prohibited.

10. Liability

10.1. The Organizer and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused, whether directly or indirectly, in connection with the Competition.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

By participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not enter the Competition.
